I purchased the ebook "Fly Fishing Rods And Rod Building" by Bruce Andrews.  I was a little hesitant about purchasing an ebook as often times you end up with something that someone threw together, made it an ebook and started selling it online to try to make a fast buck. Often, its just a waste of money.
But I have to say that I really like this ebook, it contains all the information that I needed, and I thought it was well explained.
I have just completed my very first custom made fly rod, and it really turned out a lot better than I had expected since it was my first one.  Well I just wanted to give you a thumbs up since I know that people won't hesitate to send a message if their unhappy, but usually will not take the time to write a note when they are happy with their purchase.

Bruce Andrews Fly Fishing Series

Easy download, good information and a really good price.   I thought the book on rod repair was a little thin but I guess the needed information is there.  Well worth the money, I am most interested in rod building and the rods and rod building book has a lot of information and the instructions are well explained.

Hello,
I received your request for feedback on the above titled ebook.  I am very happy with the book, it has a lot of information on fly rods, and how to choose a rod blank if you decide not to build one out of bamboo, it also has a lot of good info on the other components of a fly rod eg. (handles and fighting butts, how to build a cork handle, guides, tip tops, hook keeper etc.) and the instructions were easy to follow.  I didn't have any negatives on this ebook.  I was very pleased.

I downloaded Flies, Lures, Knots And Tying The Fly and I thought this was a good book with good information. 
*Positive - Good instructions with photos, and a lot of info just on types of flies etc, tool and material information and the price.
*Negative - The only negative thing I could find to say about this book, would have to be that the author could of included a few more pattern's.  But overall, If I was going to rate this book 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I would give this book a solid 8.  I am glad that I purchased it, and I would recommend it to a friend.
